Sankt Emmeramsmuhle in Munich

Always a must for me when I visit Munich. I've been there 3 times, very tasty each time. 1) Good price-performance ratio 2) Very tasty food 3) Regional cuisine 4) Neat 5) Good service 6) Sufficient portions so that you get full 7) Daily specials From my point of view there is something for everyone, I cannot understand the partially negative reviews.

Neat little beer garden with (and that’s interesting) valet service. The valet service is due to the fact that there almost no parking lots available and the guys park it in there backyard for little money. The beer garden itself is nice, the menu is selected and hence not cheap but also not expensive. It right next to a little dam and makes it feel remote. It’s far off the typical beer garden in the cities.

very friendly and professional staff... the food would gordon ramsay come back... it's right by tye river isar...(2 minute walk)... highly recommended... came to this place since i was a child... food quality is always high... reasonable prices... and the location is just beautiful...

Super nice beer garden - away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. We had made a stop here on our bike tour and were very enthusiastic. Nice staff and good food and drink at fair prices. This is how you want a beer garden.

We have already celebrated several family celebrations there in smaller and larger settings. Always good food, a balanced menu and friendly service always make such celebrations perfect!

Always superior food and excellent service. If you arrive (in the warm season) by car, there is a Parking Guy and you do not need to look for a Parking place. We always leave it there Tips, they deserve it.

This is our second time there and, unlike the first time in June, it was very poor this time. There were exactly two vegetarian options on the menu with pumpkin soup and obatzda, the snack board, which was prepared vegetarian on request, turned out to be 12 slices of sliced ​​cheese plus obatzda, and a currant spritzer can also have enough juice that you can taste the currants (and not only sees the red color). In addition, the service was at best moderately friendly, rather annoyed. And all at really marginal prices. I just expect more quality.

Extremely friendly staff, ?great location to sit outside, the building is very old, the benches inside are more then 220 years old, and the food is just outstanding. Real traditional Bavarian kitchen. I love this place.

The restaurant only lives from its reputation. Until 1 year ago we were there regularly, now we prefer to drive on to the Aumeister or up the street to the Freisinger Hof. What happened: who 1 hour before the end does not sit on the house wall is ignored for a long time despite waving and then complained it would only be served at the house. No sign indicates this. Since Corona, the gentlemen have been completely offended. According to the homepage it should be open, but then it was closed. Now the end: For 2 little cyclists 10 euros were collected without an invoice. According to the map it would be an outrageous 4.80. Corona surcharge apparently. 3 mushroom salad: 18 euros. A beer garden where you should have a guilty conscience as a guest. We're not coming any more.

Came here with my family the prices are a bit high but the food is spot on! The waiters make you feel welcome and the 3€ valet service is the cherry on the cake

Our favorite garden for many years. In a wonderful location in the Isar Valley, you can spend relaxing hours under shady trees, with excellent food, served by the refreshingly cheerful service staff. We especially like to go to the Emmeramsmühle in winter, the snow and the cold outside, inside you can enjoy the food in the cozy parlors. A visit is worthwhile at all times.

A very nice beer garden that invites you to linger on mild summer nights ... there are delicious delicacies, price-performance absolutely TOP! Very high quality ... a must if you are in Munich ... and even if you arrive starved at 9:30 p.m., you get something to eat ... A praise to the cook who made it possible and that nice waitresses!

Nice place to go to after a good walk in the English Garten. They have a seperate 'family' section with a small playgarden and plenty of shade.

Typical Bavarian place in the countryside with paid parking nearby. Tasty meat and side dishes and the right portions. The only flaw is related to some prices of the dishes out of the market even if it is Monaco.

Nicely located, overpriced, but tasty food, deviates from traditional Bavarian menus (e.g. no Käsespätzle). Service a bit slow.

Good food, great place, but pricy...

We were with a large group and everything worked out great. The service was friendly and attentive. The food and drinks were served quickly. The regional food was very good and was of great quality. Nice atmosphere in a pleasant atmosphere. I'll definitely come back to the St. Emmeramsmühle.

Nice, cozy, out of the touristic stream but very accessible. It's a kind of secret place to enjoy and not disclose. Not only for good weather, with nice outdoor tables and service, but also with a charming and familiar interior. Must go. I'll come back. You feel at home.

Awesome restaurant, English menu and very good food. The food options are from light to heavy Bavarian food of great quality. The beer garden is wonderful and the English garden is right next to the restaurant. Recommend this 100%.

Pleasant place with great beer

While some may consider a bit expensive at first, once you've tasted you just acknowledge. Soup, salade, meist, all excellent. Insider or on the outside beer-garden, just enjoy the Moment. Ah, if you go there by car, just leave it with the parking valet, its in good hands and there is no Hassel.
